Aquitaine Bistro Legacy Place Dedham builds on the success of Aquitaine Boston and Chestnut Hill. From the sidewalk the golden glow invites passersby to step inside and be transported to a modern Parisian bistro. As servers move diligently among the guests the bar bustles with laughter and conversation while guests enjoy crafted spirits and wine from an eclectic mix of French and American vintners.
Menu items are traditional in nature while continually elevated to new levels using premier techniques and locally sourced ingredients whenever and wherever possible. Our kitchen prepares all items to order and may easily prepare for vegetarian, gluten-free and allergen free dishes.
We offer lunch/brunch and dinner, a full bar, 120 bottle wine list, curated specialty cocktail list, and a selection of domestic and imported beers on draft and in the bottle. Semi-private dining for groups as large as 40 people. During the warmer months, we offer outdoor seating for 40.
This restaurant was designed in the ‘Bistro Moderne’ movement. The 1990s saw traditional bistros reinvented by chefs who had been formally trained in France’s more formal kitchens.
